Nearly a century ago, my great grand father wandered into a forbidden grove in the mountain hills and discovered wild tea plants the hills had quietly kept for generations. His mother blended those wild leaves with ginger, cardamom, tulsi and a few hand-gathered herbs from the same hillside — nothing processed, nothing added, nothing artificial. That secret found its next keepers in Anishkumar Chandran — Chandran’s descendant, an IT professional — and his wife Mirosha, a Biotechnologist. Where Anishkumar carried the family’s instinct for the blend, Mirosha brought the science to understand why it worked — the bioactive compounds, the healing properties, the precise harmony of each ingredient that grandmother had known only by wisdom and touch.
